About

Fifty years in these organizations

We have served regulators, associations, unions and not-for-profits since 1976. This platform is what we built once we understood that the thing every one of them runs on is its processes.

Process, everywhere except the software

Every major framework for running an organization is built on process. Lean, Six Sigma, ISO 9001, business process management, continuous improvement in every form: each begins by making the work visible as a process, and improves from there. The frameworks say the process is the thing to see and improve. For fifty years, the systems serving associations and regulators have kept it hidden.

Seeing it clearly is why we rebuilt from the ground up, where extending would have been the easier road, with one organizing aim: everyone works from the same surface, from front-line staff to the executive team and the board, each at their own depth. The person processing an application sees the queue. The manager sees the cycle times. The executive sees the statutory clocks and the compliance rates. All of them are looking at the same live process, as it runs.

What we are prepared to say about our own position

  1. Scheduled or planned, and we say whichCommitted means a scheduled release. Planned means intended, and sequenced by the priorities and feedback of committed clients. Every claim on this site carries one of the two.
  2. The platform is pre-releaseThe first production reference is still ahead of us. We say so first, and every capability is paired with a way to look at it now, in a working environment, on your own processes.
  3. The questions apply to usWe publish the twelve questions we ask you to put to every vendor, and we ask to be measured against all twelve.

The twelve questions we publish apply to us as well. Read them, then ask us to answer them on your own processes.
